 MY FAVORITE DAY

Sinhala New Year is one of my favorite days in my life.💗💗

 So this time of year is spent in a very beautiful way. First of all we do is to buy beautiful clothes. My sister and I love it. We buy beautiful clothes and also clean the houses. My mother makes many kinds of delicious food.Among which I like to eat kokis. My sister likes to eat cakes.

 So on New Year  Day we all do those customs in order. My father is the main one. My favorite ritual is Leftover milk look forward to it in that ritual that brings good luck to the house.💗💗

 Every New Year day I prepare lunch. Can cook to taste. So we eat and have fun. Sing and dance with the family. And we will go to their houses to talk with Pavle s relatives. The most important thing is the New Year Festival. Our village organizes the New Year Festivals. I participate in them. Last time I got the second place in the running around the village competition.

 And I got the first place in the jangayana competition.so for that i have received the gifts.it is a very happy and fun time.i am  impatiently waiting for that day this year.💗💗
